Called to the Bar
Prior to founding Rgenesis, Lydia gained extensive experience in private practice at top-tier Toronto-based law firms. Called to the Ontario bar in 2006, Lydia possesses significant expertise in a wide range of business law areas, with particular concentration in commercial leasing and real estate law.
Lydia has gained extensive knowledge of the commercial leasing market and industry standards for lease drafting and negotiation.
She routinely works with real estate brokerages to structure deals and facilitate leasing transactions in a manner that affords her clients the best possible documentation. Lydia is also a regular speaker at real estate industry events and a routine contributor to various commercial leasing publications.
Additionally, Lydia served as Chief Privacy Officer at Goldman Sloan Nash and Haber, where she worked for 12 years.
